Fine Tuned Structures just completed the structural design of a brand new long-term care facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This new building is approximately 80,000 sq. ft. We are excited to work again with health care studio of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture’s Charleston office. Under the management of of Mr. Stuart Barber, AIA LEED AP this is the third project we have successfully completed within the last two years as part of his team. Construction is expected to begin in 2015

Fine Tuned Structures, LLC was hired by Christophe Harbour Development to provide structural engineering for the first building in their Marina Village development at St. Kitts, West Indies. The project is under the management of Mr. John Haley, AIA as the chief architect for the building. We’ve worked together with Mr. Haley at the Sandy Bank Bay and Bungalow projects and we are delighted to be part of the design team for this landmark development. Fine Tuned Structures now utilizes Revit for all of our work. This helps us to improve coordination between various disciplines, it increases our productivity and creates a comprehensive visualization for our clients. Customs House as the project is knows is a four story structure with insulated concrete form (ICF) load bearing walls and floors. Construction is expected to begin in 2015.

Fine Tuned Structures is a registered vendor with Virginia government offering structural engineering professional services. We are also SWaM certified. Our firm is actively seeking architectural firms which are interested in teaming with us to follow potential government and public projects in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
